I am delighted to support my client, an established and leading Estate Agent, to appoint a HR Business Partner.
About the role:
A HR Business Partner will work with your client group to offer support, guidance, and coaching on HR best practices, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop high-performing teams and meet business objectives.
You will collaborate with your HR team and report to the Head of HR to deliver excellent HR services, support HR projects, and implement the wider HR strategy. The role involves managing approximately 20 ER cases at any one time and participating in TUPE work, including restructures, change management, and TUPE due diligence.
Key experience required:
- Experienced HR professional, ideally having worked as a HR Business Partner in sectors such as professional services, Real Estate, retail, or hospitality, with experience across multi-site businesses.
- Excellent understanding of ER casework, confident in managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience with TUPE processes, whether led or supported.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, building relationships quickly and credibly.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
