The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the successful running of the kitchen. You will be part of a small but perfectly formed team of creative and ambitious chefs who work in a relaxed manner, there is no shouting in this kitchen. You will begin by learning the existing menu and understanding how the kitchen works, before going onto assisting the Team with recruitment, training, supplier relations, menu development and more.

- Train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation
- Be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards
- Oversee food ordering and food preparation
- Ensure delivery of operational standards
