The Role

As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in the successful running of the kitchen. You will be part of a small but perfectly formed team of creative and ambitious chefs who work in a relaxed manner; there is no shouting in this kitchen. You will begin by learning the existing menu and understanding how the kitchen works, before going on to assist the Head Chef with recruitment, training, supplier relations, menu development and more.

  • Be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards
