Rose Fifteen Ltd is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a small, creative kitchen where there is a relaxed atmosphere and no shouting.
You will learn the current menu, understand kitchen operations and assist with recruitment, training, supplier relations and menu development as you grow into the role.
You will train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and help manage ordering, stock and hygiene standards.
