Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.)
- Provide medication reminders and administration per training and policies
- Respond promptly and kindly to call bells and resident requests
- Escort or transport residents as needed
- Support mealtimes and daily activity programs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Perform basic clerical tasks (filing, phone calls, etc.)
- Collaborate with Wellness and nursing staff to ensure top-quality care
Qualifications:
- Experience in senior care or direct support roles preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, walking)
- Strong communication skills — respectful, friendly, and team-oriented
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans and protocols
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
- Med Tech certification (required by state)

Salary: $16 - $16 an hour
