Job Description We’re searching for a Central Services Manager to support to our Finance Director withday to day management, governance and coordination of the Central Services legal and administrative function, ensuring that excellent service and support is provided to all areas of the business.
Ensuring that systems and working practices are optimal and capable of delivering solutions to support the control and development of the business.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Provide day to day management, governance and coordination of the Central Services legal and administrative function, ensuring that excellent service and support is provided to all areas of the business.
Ensure that systems and working practices are optimal and capable of delivering solutions to support the control and development of the business.
Provide proactive and effective decision-making support to the Commercial areas of the business.
Provide support and cover for essential payroll and HR services.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES To ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and procedures.
Company secretarial – maintenance of Companies House records, submission of annual filings, preparation of board minutes etc.
Management of all aspects of company vehicle fleet, including hire cars, commercial vehicles, maintenance.
Management of all aspects of company insurance policies, including annual renewal/quote process and claims management.
Administration of company trademarks, renewals, new applications, objections.
Employee benefits – manage all aspects of pensions, life assurance, private medical, and any other benefits.
Office management – effective management of cleaning and vending contracts On line banking – administrator for all electronic banking systems.
Coordination of company credit card limits.
