As Business Unit AMSL Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket.
We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e. g. with exchangeable LED light sources).
We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
- Your new responsibilities
- Manage quality across NPD, production, warehouse, and stock
- Conduct laboratory testing, failure analysis, and benchmarking
- Investigate customer complaints and product returns
- Perform incoming, outgoing, and intervention inspections
- Support supplier failure analysis and continuous improvement actions
- Oversee production quality, packaging, and rework activities
- Support Technical Helpline with high priority investigations
- Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits
- Manage lab equipment, calibration, and 5S standards
Who we are looking for
- Hands on quality experience in an electronics environment
- Knowledge of electronics testing and IPC standards
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- High attention to detail
- Desirable: ISO 9001 experience, root cause analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA, SAP knowledge, soldering experience, driving Licence
