We're a firm of 11 and growing. We're looking for a 12th person to join us as an Employment paralegal, coming into a close-knit HR and Employment team of 5. A big part of what we do is in-house work. We act as an extension of our clients' HR and employment teams, providing practical, commercially focused support. You'll be working across a range of matters, from day-to-day HR queries to more complex disputes and tribunal work. No two days look the same.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting on employment tribunal claims and HR disputes
- Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, and correspondence
- Researching employment law issues and preparing advice notes
- Helping manage client matters, documents, and compliance
- Working directly with fee earners and clients from day one
