What You\’ll Do
• Design & Simulation: Lead the design of earthing systems and perform lightning protection risk assessments (BSEN 62305).
• Site Visits: Conduct testing and inspection of protection systems at substations, power stations, and renewable energy sites.
• Client Engagement: Manage key client relationships, resolve queries, and communicate technical outputs clearly.
• Report Writing: Deliver detailed technical reports and review junior team members’ outputs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior engineers and graduates to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
