RINA is currently recruiting for a Power Earthing System Technician to join its office in Pontyclun within the Power Engineering and Renewables Division.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Assist with planning and preparing earthing system measurement campaigns.
• Support on-site testing of ground resistance, impedance, and soil resistivity.
• Help analyse data and contribute to reports that drive system improvements.
• Participate in troubleshooting and diagnostics under senior guidance.
• Maintain measurement equipment and ensure workshop organisation.
• Stay up to date with industry techniques and take part in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We\’re Looking For

• A basic understanding of electrical principles and earthing systems.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to following safety and measurement protocols.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to specialised equipment and techniques.
• Recognised electrical training is a plus, but not essential.
