RINA is looking for experienced Welding Inspectors to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in the UK.
- Experienced in conducting fabrication inspection of vent hatches, hot stabs, dummy stabs, receptacles and accessories.
- Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Inspector.
- NDT L2 in MT, PT, RT, UT.
- Inspectors shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years shall be from similar type of fabrication).
- Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendorβs premises.
- Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections.
- Inspector with coating inspection certificates such as Level II Painting Inspector NACE, AMPP, FROSIO, BGAS is an added advantage.
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports.
- Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need.
- Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service.
Contract: To Freelancer or to Inspector agencies, for ad hoc activities.
