RINA is currently recruiting for a UK Cluster Accounts Receivable Accountant to join its office in Leatherhead within the Regional Finance Management Division.

What You\\\'ll Be Doing

  • As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing customer invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances
  • Recording and reconciling transactions in our accounting system
  • Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues promptly
  • Applying payments and credit memos to the right accounts
  • Supporting intercompany invoicing and account reconciliation
  • Monitoring accounts receivable aging and assisting with collections
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Working with colleagues and customers to negotiate payment terms when required

What We\\\'re Looking For

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Cash Management
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • Confident using Excel and accounting/ERP software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
