En iKruger Academy buscamos un/a Especialista Comercial de Educación Continua para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, conectando oportunidades de formación con personas y organizaciones, transformando vidas. Serás parte del equipo de Ventas, donde tu misión será identificar, asesorar y cerrar oportunidades comerciales en programas educativos y capacitaciones. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la expansión del negocio y en la transformación profesional de nuestros clientes.
Tus principales desafíos:
- Impulsar la venta consultiva de programas educativos, comprendiendo las necesidades del cliente y generando soluciones de valor.
- Prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en segmentos B2C y B2B, ampliando la cartera de clientes.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre, asegurando una excelente experiencia del cliente.
- Proponer mejoras a las estrategias comerciales para optimizar resultados y tasas de conversión.
- Trabajar en sinergia con equipos internos para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
Hard Skills:
- Formación en Administración, Marketing, Negocios, Comunicación o carreras afines.
- Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en ventas de servicios educativos, capacitaciones, programas académicos o soluciones edtech.
- Conocimiento en ventas consultivas, manejo de pipeline comercial, prospección y cierre de negocios (B2C y/o B2B).
- Manejo de herramientas como CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similares), LinkedIn Sales Navigator y herramientas de gestión comercial.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable, no excluyente).
