This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager based in Basildon. As the TSM you will manage your own schedule and help build relationships with potentially new customers and help maintain existing relationships. Working hours - Monday to Thursday: 8am-5pm. Starting salary based on Industry Experience + Performance related bonus.

Oversee the manufacture of tooling for successful quotations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical support to the mould shop, offering expertise on processing, tooling and materials. Manage the repair and modification of existing tooling when necessary to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions including visit reports and updates to ensure continuous growth and performance.
- Contribute to the creation and help maintain Marketing strategies to help support business growth.
- Support and manage Apprentices from local College to help invest in the future at Rimplas.
Understanding of injection moulding process & Polymers.
- Experience of post moulding operations including painting, inserting and mechanical assembly would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of engineering structural foam moulding (ESF) and Reaction Injection Polyurethane moulding (RIM) would be advantageous.
- Interest in or experience with sales/technical sales, with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
