- Assist in drafting briefing notes, meeting summaries, talking points, and executive documentation.
- Coordinate and manage timelines for presentations, deliverables, and internal projects to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Liaise professionally with senior stakeholders, partners, and clients across different regions and time zones.
- Support the preparation of materials for conferences, workshops, investor meetings, and client presentations.
- Organize and maintain presentation libraries, templates, and internal knowledge resources.
- Assist with data gathering, formatting, and quality checking for reports and communications materials.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including product, commercial, operations, and sustainability specialists.
- Monitor sustainability and ESG trends, frameworks, and industry developments relevant to the business.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to senior leadership where required.
Ideal Profile

- Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills with an eye for detail and design.
- Arabic language proficiency is essential, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders and maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
- Interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, climate, or corporate strategy.
