Overview
Rimkus are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for our Marketing team to assist with the development and execution of all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans. The Marketing Manager will be a business leader and marketing expert who has experience driving business through marketing initiatives. A successful candidate will possess exceptional written and communication skills, project management and marketing experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, a strategist mindset, and an ability to thrive in a test-and-learn, fast-paced environment. Essential Job Functions
Design and implement marketing strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Develop and manage a marketing budget for all activities across the EMEA region.
Overall responsibility for drafting and designing external communications and messaging including, but not limited to, website, social media, paid media, and digital advertising.
Experience conceptualising, creating, and managing social media campaigns and work with colleagues to create a culture of brand advocates.
Work with HR, Finance, BD, and other business partners to draft and design all internal corporate communications.
Assist with strengthening the Rimkus brand in all forms of media and develop and maintain relationships with key industry publications.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports, forecast budgeting, and assessing ROI and KPIs.
Partner with marketing team members and Rimkus employees to facilitate content development.
Help manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and ensure competitiveness. Vendors may include web developers, media reps, and marketing agencies.
Assist with developing advertisements for digital and print media.
Assist in the development of reporting benchmarks and dashboards; measure digital program performance against KPIs, draw insights and learnings from marketing effectiveness.
Participate and attend business development meetings, corporate events, and conferences when required.
Work with technical teams to identify hot topics for thought leadership articles, assist in the drafting process, and manage peer reviews through to publication.
Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Education and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in professional services preferred.
- Google Ads certified a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and creative project management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to assist our experts in drafting thought leadership articles and drafting copy for marketing collateral.
- Digitally savvy with experience developing digital strategies, defining, optimising, and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Work with business partners across all departments (IT, Finance, BD, Corporate) to develop internal communications and send through internal communications platform – Workshop.
- Superior project management skills, including preparing written plans and schedules, identifying objectives, coordinating and directing project teams, and managing budgets.
- High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, and executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic, and proactive organisation.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality content.
- Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports.
- Experience with managing SEO, display advertising, social media, email, and marketing databases.
- Working knowledge of MS D365 Marketing tool.
- Graphic design and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, HTML, CSS preferred.
