We are actively seeking an experienced Tax, Legal and Regulatory Analyst, SAP UK and Ireland Payroll to join our team. This remote UK–based role reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Solutions HR Payroll EMEA.
Position Summary
This role is for a Tax, Legal and Regulatory Analyst, SAP UK and Ireland Payroll in our Global Product Development group. Responsible for assisting Business Analysts in scoping, designing and delivering tax and regulatory updates to our clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility and be the driver for quality Releases
- Apply SAP functional knowledge and deep understanding of legislative requirements to analyze, develop, and deliver holistic, compliant updates to our clients
- Provide UK and Republic of Ireland Payroll/HR subject matter expertise
- Ability to work within the Agile approach
- Ensure total product compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations through the analysis of each tax and legislative change
- Organization and communication of such information, clearly disclosing the details needed for product specialists and subscribing clients to make necessary system changes when necessary
- Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to the requirements and Agile user stories and that all requirements are satisfied
- Work closely with the Support Team in resolving Payroll related issues experienced by our customers

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10 years’ experience on either SAP Payroll for UK and Republic of Ireland
- In-depth Knowledge of UK and Republic of Ireland Payroll from a business and a legislative perspective
- Ability to debug issues and work closely with ABAP and QA Teams to produce high quality and tested solutions to customer issues
- Experienced in Agile (not mandatory)
- Experience working in Jira for Agile (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experienced in working with remote teams
- Ability to communicate effectively across various teams based in the EMEA region and globally as required
- Have a client focused or consultative approach
- Be committed to excellence and high-quality standards
- Be able to work to tight deadlines, remain calm under pressure
