The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in shaping and executing talent strategies that align with Rimes' organizational goals. This position requires a high level of expertise in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent globally, across different markets: Philippines, Cyprus, UK and USA. As a Senior TA Partner you bring a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment processes you will lead key talent initiatives and projects, build and nurture talent networks, and serve as a consultative partner to business leaders, ensuring a proactive, forward‑thinking approach to workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Drive full‑cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality and diverse candidates to promote inclusivity within the organisation.
- Utilise various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates and build talent pools.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting the organisation as an employer of choice.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels and participate in employer branding initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong talent acquisition network.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data‑driven decisions.
- Contribute to annual global projects, including the Internship and Graduate programmes, as well as new Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful global hires with a focus on technical and sales roles preferred.
- Experience in recruiting for Fintech and/or IT industry.
- Proven experience managing international recruitment campaigns across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes such as: Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Cyprus, UK and USA.
- Proficiency in utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse will be a plus) and other recruitment technology to track and manage candidate pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Deep expertise in modern recruitment methodologies, including talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
