We are seeking a successful candidate to help scale our infrastructure services within the managed services sector.

The role involves supporting our Application, Infrastructure, and Data Delivery offerings for an exposure management platform and a mission‑critical desktop trading application used by a growing global customer base of asset owners and fund managers.

Rimes Managed Services is responsible for managing infrastructure, applications, and data delivery for each of our customers. Our managed services are as much about processes and implementing change as they are about investments and technology.

As part of Rimes Managed Services, you will join a growing team of technical specialists who support the application. You will undertake a variety of tasks to support existing client platforms and assist implementation teams with development work. The role is both technical and client‑facing, involving tasks such as technical root cause analysis, development work, and direct communication with our customers to address and resolve issues.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide customers with key information in the monthly reporting cycle and analytical solutions.
  • Offer application support to customers, including technical root cause analysis, bug fixes, and process enhancements.
  • Manage Data Delivery SLAs for multiple customers.
  • Escalate issues to the 2nd Line/3rd Line Support group.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs.
  • Participate in application releases, including development, testing, and deployment into production.
  • Support implementation teams with ongoing and new projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
  • Aid in product release and UAT testing.
  • Monitor and resolve Cloud Infrastructure issues.
  • Communicate directly with external vendors and clients to escalate and resolve issues.

  • Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud.
  • Excel VBA.
  • Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python and/or C# .NET).
  • Understanding of advanced finance concepts such as Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, and Performance.
