What will you be responsible for?
- Managing multiple scaffolding contracts from award through to completion.
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials to meet project requirements.
- Monitoring project costs, performance, budgets and programmes.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
- Identifying variations and additional commercial opportunities.
- Carrying out site visits to monitor quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and operational delivery.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar construction management role.
- Strong organisational, commercial and project management skills.
- Knowledge of contract administration and cost control.
- A CISRS scaffolding qualification or relevant industry certification.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A sound understanding of construction health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks.
