We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our established management team based in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and customer-focused individual to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects and play a key role in the continued success of the business. The Role Reporting to the Director, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple scaffolding contracts from award through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular travel to sites across the Midlands and surrounding regions will be required. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple scaffolding contracts simultaneously from commencement to completion. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders. Attend client meetings, site meetings and progress reviews. Plan and coordinate labour, plant and material resources to meet project requirements. Monitor project performance, costs and programme delivery. Identify and secure contract variations and additional commercial opportunities. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.
