SEN Teaching Assistant - Lewisham, South East London

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs).
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support personalised learning.
  • Help create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
  • Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Experience working with SEN pupils (school, youth work, care, tutoring, or voluntary roles all considered).
  • A patient, proactive, and caring attitude.
  • Psychology or education-related graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
