Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs).
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support personalised learning.
- Help create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
What We\'re Looking For
- Experience working with SEN pupils (school, youth work, care, tutoring, or voluntary roles all considered).
- A patient, proactive, and caring attitude.
