Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning progress
  • Assist with classroom management and resource preparation
  • Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs
  • Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • A UK-awarded degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, English, Maths, Science or Education) OR proven UK classroom experience for non-graduates

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, patience, and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday Friday, during term-time
