Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth. Work collaboratively with the wider school team to support individual student needs. Use art as a therapeutic medium to help students express themselves and develop resilience. Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
