A Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of buildings and facilities. The role ensures that the workplace environment is safe, functional, compliant with regulations, and supportive of business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of buildings and office facilities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement works.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage and supervise external service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance contractors, etc.).
- Negotiate and administer service contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level compliance.

- Oversee risk assessments and safety audits.
- Implement emergency preparedness and response procedures.
- Prepare and manage facilities budget.

Requirements
