Recruitment Consultant in Sevenoaks

Rikama Education are extremely busy and are hiring again due to facilitating organic growth and growing out the sales team. We are looking for local Recruitment Consultants or Sales professionals B2B with a minimum of 3 years' experience across any recruitment sector, including Care, Technology, Education, or other commercials. We are also interested in people with aspirations to gain entry into Recruitment with hunger and desire or B2B Sales experience. Full mentoring is given if required into education.

Our ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, be based locally to Sevenoaks, and have a desire to build a career in schools education recruitment. We are an established leader in the education recruitment sector, specialising within Special Needs, Primary schools, and Nurseries across Kent and SE London. We place teachers, senior management, and support staff specialising in long-term career supply appointments. We have developed a successful reputation for providing a high level of professional service and a genuine approach.

We are looking for candidates ideally with experience within Recruitment or additionally direct sales professionals with client-facing customer-service experience, who we shall mentor and develop in line with our proven recruitment methodology enabling ongoing success to facilitate our continued business growth.

• 3 years Recruitment or direct sales experience.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed within the Recruitment Industry.
• Strong verbal and written presentation communication skills.

• Must have a desire to work within Recruitment.
• Live locally to Sevenoaks and have a driving licence.
