Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a primary school in the Rochester area who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant. As a HLTA you will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis as well as covering lessons when required. SEN knowledge and strong behaviour management is essential.
The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team. You will be joining a school that has a wonderful culture and ethos of support, learning for all and ensuring that students are well cared for as part of their development.
