Ideally you will have experience of working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant with children. This is a setting for early years children, and experience of working with young children, either in an early year's environment or in the wider community.
Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant responsibilities include:
- To provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
- To liaise with the room leader in preparing the learning environment.
- Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
- Track and monitor children's progression and development.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
The right candidate MUST have:
