Rikama Education are working with a wonderful school on the West Sussex / East Sussex / Kent border, who are currently looking for a caretaker to join their team. This hands-on role requires someone with practical expertise, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude to provide support in the maintenance of the school and grounds, including playing fields.

To be successful, you must have experience in performing groundskeeper duties, either directly as a groundsperson or as a gardener, as well as having experience of performing general maintenance tasks. Ideally, you will also have a horticultural qualification, training in first aid and manual handling, hold a full UK driving licence, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. You should also have a good understanding of health and safety legislation.
