Rikama Education are working with a primary school in Deal, who are looking to recruit a KS2 Teacher to start the beginning of May until the end of the academic year. This long-term position is for a Year 5/6 Teacher; planning and marking will be required as part of the role. There is also a camping trip where you will be teaching the students on a farm – although please note that you will not be required to stay the night. You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:00pm. Term time only.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the student/s in their learning (supporting with reading and writing)
  • Utilising skills in behaviour management
  • Being a safe person for the student to trust and learn from

These are long-term positions, so you will be in a set location for an agreed period of time.
