Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a primary school in the Dartford area who are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a pupil on a 1-to-1 basis that needs additional support. Ideally, you will have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning in EYFS, KS1 &/or KS2.

This particular role is to work on a 1:1 basis. The right candidate will have:

  • Extended knowledge of SEN
  • Experience of working on a 1:1 basis
  • 6 Months + of classroom support experience

These roles are for an ASAP start and offered on a long term to permanent basis. We offer excellent rates of pay for the right candidates (dependent on experience) – in the £90-£100 per day bracket. These are long-term positions, so you will be in a set location for an agreed period of time. For the right candidates, a temporary-to-permanent contract will be offered.
