Company Red Rock are working with a growing and fast‑paced business looking to strengthen its finance function with the addition of an Accounts Assistant. With a collaborative team of 7 in finance, the company offers an environment where accuracy, teamwork, and accountability are valued. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at Assistant level and is looking for a stable role with exposure across multiple entities and accounting areas. The business operates fully on‑site and values team collaboration.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and the role is fully office based.

Duties:
- Completing reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Processing import loans within agreed service levels
- Managing the Amazon customer ledger accurately
- Supporting cashflow forecasting and reporting
- Assisting with month‑end processes and postings
- Managing accounts for smaller entities, including bank reconciliations, stocktake record management, preparing and submitting small VAT returns
Requirements:
- ATT qualified, part‑qualified, or currently studying (essential)
- Minimum 1 years experience in an accounting role
- Confident working with accounting systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive and comfortable working independently and within a team
- Experience with intercompany transactions (highly desirable)
