Regional Sales Manager Midlands & South (Remote with Travel)
Salary: £45,000£55,000 DOE + £500 per month car allowance
Location: Remote with travel to Birmingham office once per month
Red Rock are working on behalf of a small but growing healthcare organisation that is expanding its diagnostic portfolio into newly commissioned services including sleep diagnostics and womens health pathways.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional who has successfully built and embedded new NHS service lines from the ground up and is excited by the challenge of scaling services across a developing mixed revenue model.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional new business sales strategies across the Midlands & South
- Introduce and position new clinical services within NHS Trusts, ICBs and ICPs
- Secure pilot sites, early adopter Trusts and commissioning conversations
- Build senior-level relationships with ICB leads operational directors, service managers and clinical leads
- Navigate IC… etc
- Align closely with operational teams to maximise and expand consultant/practitioner capacity
- Maintain strong day-to-day clinical relationships, ensuring clear communication and appropriate escalation
- Track KPIs, manage forecasting and provide performance reporting to leadership
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commissioning developments
- Work cross-functionally with executive, governance and operational teams to support sustainable scaling
Requirements
- Strong sales experience within medical devices or healthcare
- Experience building and launching new NHS service lines from the ground up
- Experience introducing new products, services or technologies into NHS settings
- Strong understanding of NHS commissioning structures, procurement cycles and decision-making pathways
- Experience within neurology, neurophysiology, sleep diagnostics or womens health is desirable but not essential
