The International Government Marketing Manager will drive marketing initiatives for a complex portfolio of advanced technologies serving multinational government and defense customers. The role blends planning with day-to-day program execution for market positioning, demand generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2G or B2B environments and has experience implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that establish a strong market presence and drive growth.

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop integrated marketing and communications plans that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish KPIs to measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Leverage market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Create detailed Go-to-Market plans that outline key deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.

Sales Enablement and Stakeholder Management

  • Create value propositions for the launch and sustainment of new products and markets.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality, effective, and ‘on-brand’ customer-centric materials and experiences.
  • Partner closely with business development and sales teams to support pipeline development and major pursuits.

Content Development, Digital and Events

  • Lead development of content across owned and earned channels, such as case studies, brochures, presentations, web, social, videos and infographics.
  • Establish messaging frameworks based off buyer personas.
  • Partner with the events team to plan, execute and evaluate participation in trade shows, industry and customer events.
  • Responsibilities range from strategic selection of events, activation of campaigns at events, messaging, materials development, securing speaking opportunities.

What you'll need

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct management of marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting either government, defense, aerospace, national security or B2B markets.
  • Proven ability to market technical or mission‑critical solutions across multiple geographies/regions.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
