Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Neston & near Chester , 2 new positions available.

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock management, and maintaining a clean, safe sales environment.

The role involves leading and developing the store team, organizing staff schedules, coaching colleagues, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement merchandising and promotional activities, and ensure consistently high standards of customer service.

This position also requires accurate reporting, adherence to company policies, and active collaboration with senior management on business goals.

  • Experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, ideally within hardware, gardening, DIY, or similar sectors.
