We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our Blackpool Learning Disability Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to oversee high-quality, person-centred supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will be responsible for operational management, quality assurance, staff leadership, and ensuring full compliance with CQC standards. You will play a key role in shaping services that empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a network of supported living services
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement
- Manage, support and develop staff teams across multiple sites
- Oversee budgets, void management and financial procedures
- Complete assessments, support plans and risk management plans
- Maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, commissioners and health professionals
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and promote best practice
