Become a Volunteer Mentor and play an important role in a young person’s life. We are looking for adult volunteer mentors who have a kind and empathetic nature and want to make a positive difference in the life of a young person from care experience. We support a range of young people aged 8-14, from care experience across Glasgow and North Lanarkshire.

Our mentoring programme enables young people time away from home where they can learn new skills, gain confidence, and talk to a trusted adult. As a volunteer mentor, you will be fully trained by our team, who will get to know your passions and interests before matching you to one of the young people.

Our volunteer mentors are expected to dedicate at least 2 hours a week with their young person, taking part in activities such as going for a walk, playing mini-golf or a trip to the cinema – the options are endless. All activities are funded; we only need you to be a friendly face who is committed to spending dedicated time with their mentee!

If you want to make a difference in a young person’s life whilst having fun along the way, why not get in touch today.
