The Position
We are looking for an experienced Program Lead to spearhead implementations of our flagship Rights & Royalties platform for London and EU based clients. This role is the focal point of the client relationship, responsible for the end-to-end delivery, strategic alignment, and operational success of the project. You will bridge the gap between our project and product engineering teams with the client's legal, finance, and content operations departments, ensuring a seamless, high-quality deployment that transforms how our client manages their intellectual property rights.
What you will do:
- Delivery Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Rights & Royalties project, ensuring it is on time, within budget, and meets all contractually agreed milestones and KPIs.
- Strategic Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing proactive, transparent, and regular progress reports.
- Complex Project Management: Direct a large, cross-functional team (including delivery leads, solution analysts, solutions architects, and developers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify, analyze, and manage risks and blockers, developing robust mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Governance & Scope: Maintain tight governance and change control processes to manage scope creep, ensuring the integrity of the project delivery.
- Process Improvement: Drive the implementation of best-practice workflows, moving the client from legacy systems to a modernized, automated environment.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in project/program management, specifically in delivering large-scale, complex software implementations (SaaS) within a consulting or technology provider environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional, dispersed teams in a matrixed organization.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
- Methodology: Strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Location: Based in or able to commute to West London (Hybrid working).
Bonus Points:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MSP, PMP, Prince2).
- Experience with specific Rights & Royalties software (e.g., Rightsline, Media Maestro, FilmTrack).
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Salary: At Rightsline, we offer a competitive package that reflects the unique skills, experience, and certifications you bring to the role.
- Comprehensive Health & Wellness: A competitive benefits package covering health, dental, and vision.
- Building Your Financial Future: Providing a Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme to help you reach your long-term savings goals.
- Career Growth Opportunities: Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
The Rightsline Advantage:
Rightsline was the very 1st cloud-based rights and contract management platform, so we’re used to innovation. We’re also used to incredible growth if you’re into that sort of thing. You will become part of an amazing culture with a supportive executive team, smart colleagues who truly care, and a global team that’s been rocking this virtual collaboration thing since before anyone had ever heard the term COVID19. You’ll often hear “Yes, let’s try that!” and then have the chance to execute your ideas. You will grow more here than you would at any other company. That’s a promise.
