Delivery Lead – Rightsline Join Rightsline as a Delivery Lead to manage the overall delivery of our Rights and Royalties Management software implementations and change orders. This role reports to the Manager of Delivery and is supported by the Director of Services, Operations.
Responsibilities Manage relationships directly with customers during implementation, ensuring deliverables are met.
Create project plans with customers, establishing timelines, milestones, tasks, and assignees.
Coordinate internal resources from Solutions and Solutions Enablement teams to staff projects.
Mobilize projects with customers, facilitating hand‐off discussions and establishing governance.
Proactively manage risks números, alerting management to potential escalations.
Run project cadence calls internally and externally to discuss status, training, and requirements.
Perform general project administration using the internal project tool, including task and billing management.
Engage 3ubernetes technology vendors and integration partners to ensure smooth implementations.
Qualifications 3+ years of software project management experience.
Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent work experience; preferred in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Project Management Certifications preferred.
Understanding of rights and royalties management preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‐driven environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, KantMn a, Jira, and related tools.
Experience with SaaS implementation projects.
