Right Search Recruitment Ltd are currently selecting for a Clinical Lead nurse to work with a reputable healthcare organisation in the Walsall area of West-Midlands. They are a small independent care provider with a total of five successfully ran nursing homes in the group.
The nursing home provides highest quality care for elderly residents aged 65+ with physical disabilities. This is a full time permanent position which consists of 36 hours per week on day shifts for a clinical lead nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified. This equates to 2 shifts on the floor and 1 shift supernumerary.
The clinical lead nurse’s duties involve:
- Ensuring smooth running of the shift and taking lead of qualified nurses and carers
- Care planning
- Supernumerary time in the office for paperwork
The hourly rate is an attractive £17.50 per hour with paid breaks.
