RightScapes is an expanding landscaping company based in Yeadon, Leeds. At RightScapes we specialise in domestic landscaping construction and are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual as a team leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a similar Construction/Landscaping environment, be a competent and efficient worker and have the ability to guide, monitor and lead a team.
As a team leader in this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Team motivation and a culture of constructive communication to support collaborative goal achievement.
- Demonstrating adaptability in response to evolving circumstances.
- Meeting deadlines and efficiently managing time while maintaining a consistent high standard of work.
- Delivering exceptional results under various environmental conditions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the above areas of work.
Additional day-to-day duties:
- Site supervision, including excellent motivation and all-round tidiness.
- Completing daily progress reports & organising workload.
- Awareness of Health and Safety: PPE, manual handling.
- Daily client liaison and communication with the operations management team.
- Supervision of deliveries, materials and orders to site.
- Checking equipment/products daily.
Practical Experience: Landscaping or Construction based experience (Essential - minimum 5 Years).
Qualifications we are looking for include:
- UK Drivers license (Essential)
- CSCS Card (Preferred)
