RightScapes is an expanding landscaping company based in Yeadon, Leeds. We specialise in domestic landscaping construction and are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual as a team leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a similar Construction/Landscaping environment, be a competent and efficient worker and have the ability to guide, monitor and lead a team.

As a team leader in this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Team motivation and fostering a culture of constructive communication to support collaborative goal achievement.
  • Demonstrating adaptability in response to evolving circumstances.
  • Meeting deadlines and efficiently managing time while maintaining a consistent high standard of work.
  • Delivering exceptional results under various environmental conditions.

  • Machine Operation

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the above areas of work.

Additional day-to-day duties include:

  • Site supervision, including excellent motivation and all-round tidiness.
  • Completing daily progress reports and organising workload.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety: PPE, manual handling.
  • Daily client liaison and communication with the operations management team.
  • Supervision of deliveries, materials and orders to site.
  • Checking equipment/products daily.

Practical Experience: Landscaping or Construction based experience (Essential - minimum 5 Years).

Qualifications we are looking for include:

  • UK Drivers license (Essential)
  • CSCS Card (Preferred)
