With their brand new state of the art UK manufacturing facility they are able to offer their customers a bespoke service from design and conception right the way through to production and manufacturing.

THE ROLE & YOUR PROFILE
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible primarily for driving new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing and developing relationships with customers. Your responsibilities would include identifying new opportunities, customers, pitching the company's services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends in the industry. Critically thinking and planning are a strong requirement of the role to assure project success, delivery and sustainable growth.
We are looking for somebody who is ambitious, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you would be required to build and maintain relationships with both clients and members of your team. You should also have experience in the contract electronics manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of the various players involved in the supply chain. Other key attributes that would be desirable in this role include a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently to achieve business growth targets. If you are confident in your ability to achieve these objectives, then this position is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to the growth of an emerging industry power whilst placing yourself in an excellent position to be able to grow and develop with the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
No qualifications required specifically, however a demonstrated experience within a similar role within the CEM/EMS industry are required.
