We’re looking for a driven and solution-orientated Account Manager to join our Value Sales team remotely with some ad hoc travel for conferences and trainings. This role sits within our Estate Agency (EA) business, where our partners are at the heart of what we do, and we’re committed to helping them succeed in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 180–200 existing Estate Agency (EA) partners, acting as the voice of Rightmove through phone and video interactions.
- Build strong, trusted relationships using a consultative approach to uncover partners’ goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that help partners embed value and improve results.
- Identify training opportunities and deliver impactful sessions through weekly touchpoints and quarterly reviews.
- Work towards weekly KPIs, driving retention and ensuring every interaction delivers value.
- Share partner insights and feedback with internal teams to help shape and improve product offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, identify new prospects, and take ownership of your overall impact.

- Proven at upselling and retaining customers in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of hitting targets.
- Passionate about delivering excellent partner experiences and managing expectations effectively.
- Adaptable and growth-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
