What you’ll do:

  • Be the first touchpoint: Proactively work with inbound leads (25%) while generating new prospects and securing appointments for our Account Managers (75%).
  • Lead with curiosity, close with conviction: Ask the right questions, overcome objections and flex your communication style effectively.
  • Keep the pipeline flowing: Manage a database of prospects and source new leads when needed.
  • Build internal bridges: Work closely with internal teams to strengthen relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers while driving business goals.
  • Hit your numbers: Achieve monthly KPIs and performance metrics that support business priorities.
  • Connect with purpose: Use effective listening skills to communicate, build rapport, and create lasting positive impressions.
