We are looking for a Telesales Executive to provide customers with valuable home‑moving products such as TV & broadband packages, utilities, removals, and contents insurance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make outbound calls to tenants to sell home‑move products, understand customer needs, and maximise sales revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience that makes the consumer’s home‑moving journey easy.
  • Attend relevant compliance, product, and service training.
  • Record information in relevant databases and keep the lead portal up to date.
  • Explain compliance regulations to tenants and adhere to these processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to build relationships and share learnings to deliver the best outcomes for tenants.
