What you'll do:
- Develop long-term partnerships with key strategic accounts in the overseas property sector, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Prospect, generate and convert new accounts to achieve revenue and activity targets, navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges, provide insights on market trends, and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
- Keep up to date on industry developments and competitor activity to proactively guide your clients.
- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions – virtual or in-person – and embody the company’s values.
- Keep CRM records accurate, track account performance, provide reports, and ensure all interactions and deals are well documented.
- Work with Product, Finance, Customer Services, and other teams to ensure smooth account management and deliver value‑added solutions.
- Create and execute account plans aligned to clients’ evolving priorities, business objectives, and revenue goals.
- Own the account lifecycle by managing renewals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from the products.
Who you are:
- Experienced Account Manager who has successfully grown and managed accounts, delivered renewals, upsells, and new business.
- Ability to manage complex accounts, multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles with tailored solutions.
- Skill in managing multiple accounts efficiently, tracking performance, and turning data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborative, open, and supportive, sharing successes and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes.
- Consistently hits targets, thrives under pressure, and always looks for ways to improve performance.
- Capable of building trust with stakeholders and providing consultative solutions that deliver real value.
Salary range: Up to £37,000 plus £7,500 OTE (Uncapped).
