What you'll do:

  • Be the voice of Rightmove: Engage with a high-volume portfolio of existing Commercial clients, building strong relationships over the phone and through video.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Proactively lead generating, cold calling, managing pricing discussions, objection handling and upselling.
  • Embed value: Use your expertise to consultatively uncover our partners' successes and challenges, then translate performance data into actionable insights that drive real value.
  • Drive success: Hit weekly KPIs and handle a mix of new business (approx. 40%) and existing account management/retention (approx. 60%).
  • Support and educate: Identify training opportunities and deliver impactful sessions to help clients thrive.
  • Share the wins: Collaborate with internal teams and share insights that shape our product offerings.
  • Own your impact: Keep CRM records sharp, spot new prospects, and share the Rightmove magic.
