- Senior Strategy & Corporate Development Manager
As the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove is looking for a Senior Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to partner with the Head of Corporate Development, Chief Strategy Officer, and other senior leaders to tackle key strategic questions and deliver high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects: deliver end‑to‑end delivery of important projects from problem framing to final presentation and recommendation.
- Support long‑term strategy planning: help create and refine the company’s long‑term strategic plan and annual strategic roadmap in partnership with key leaders.
- M&A, partnerships & investments: lead strategic, commercial and financial analysis for M&A, partnership and investment opportunities (strategic fit, commercial due diligence, valuation) and support transaction execution and integration.
- Strategic advisor & insights: develop deep expertise in the prop‑tech landscape through market research and building relationships with external community (industry experts, Prop Techs, VCs and Investment Banks).
Qualifications
- 4‑6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or a similar fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and undertake sound strategic analysis using hypothesis‑based problem solving.
- Excellent analytical capability with the ability to undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis (including data analysis and financial modelling).
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to credibly engage with a variety of senior stakeholders.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a lean, high‑impact team: equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executing core analytical and presentation deliverables.
