You will work as part of the central Programmes & Analysis team, specialising in providing analysis and delivery support across all areas of the business, helping to assess opportunities, shape decisions, solve problems, and make things happen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with business stakeholders at all levels across the business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, as well as stepping in to provide light-touch Project Management where required.
  • You could be asked to assess a new product opportunity in one area, find the root cause of an issue impacting multiple business areas, or dive into multiple sources of data to answer some urgent questions.
  • You will be developing a broad understanding of Rightmove’s business model, organisational structure, and technical architecture, leveraging knowledge from other team members.
  • You will work with representatives from all areas of the business, including Sales teams, Finance teams, People teams, Operational teams, and teams throughout Product Development, building rapport and deepening your understanding with every interaction.
  • You will produce deliverables to suit multiple audiences – from detailed analysis to compelling and engaging presentations, to focused Executive summaries, project plans and RAID Logs.
  • You will move comfortably from high-level strategic activity to detailed technical analysis to delivery planning, sometimes in a single day.
  • You will also be helping to develop and shape the Business Analysis practice, driving high standards, and coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Believes strongly in the value that Business Analysis adds.
  • Can independently manage and deliver standalone pieces of work, balancing quality analysis with light-touch Project Management.
  • Is proactive and outcome-focused.
  • Loves solving problems and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Is curious, asks great questions and is always looking to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and is able to communicate complex or technical concepts in easily understandable ways, tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Thrives within a fast-paced, complex and evolving environment.
  • Shares Rightmove’s values and is excited about helping others make their move.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience of working within both Product/agile and formal Project & Programme delivery environment.
  • Organisational and commercial awareness to align work to objectives and value drivers.
  • Confidence in working across business and product domains, with the ability to onboard quickly within an unfamiliar area.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to build trust and alignment, guide decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Experience of Project Management and delivery, from initial shaping and scoping, through planning, delivery, managing risks and dependencies, ongoing progress reporting through to closure.
  • Expertise in eliciting and framing needs through discovery - translating stakeholder and customer insights into clear problem statements, hypotheses and decision-ready options.
  • Strong process and journey analysis capability (current/future state), using qualitative and quantitative evidence to pinpoint root causes, assess impacts, and prioritise the highest-value opportunities for change.
  • Proven ability to lead options analysis and support senior decision-making - clarifying trade-offs across value, risk, feasibility and operational impact, and making well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Strong analytical capability to interrogate data and evidence, validate assumptions, and synthesise insights into clear narratives, measures of success and decision-making artefacts.

  • Cash plan for dental, optical and physio treatments.
  • Private Medical Insurance, Pension and Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan.
  • 27 days holiday plus two (paid) volunteering days a year to give back, and holiday buy schemes.
